One way to do group-work with the Mentor tools is
the following:

1. Add in your mgc_location_map file (located in
your mgc directory) the mgc_location variable for each
person in your group. This variable definition has the
form:

$PROJ_PARTS_donaldduck
/afs/cs.wisc.edu/u/d/o/donaldduck/mgc

Your mgc_location_map file should already include such
a variable for your account.
Add the corresponding mgc_location definitions for your
project partners.

2. Give read-write permissions to your project partners
for the directories that contain your project files.
I am not familiar with AFS, so I would appreciate it if
somebody else can give some more detailed instructions
about this.
