You will get a copy of two papers today in class, which are relate
with the switch project.

One of the papers describes two variations of the 2DRR 
scheduler. I suggest that you read the paper as "the basic
idea", and not as "the exact thing to do". The paper also
describes a possible implementation (based on two clock
signals of different frequencies). Again, IMO, do not 
view this implementation as the only possibility.

The second paper is a survey for packet switches. It is
kind of old, but most of it is still valid today. It is not
essential for the project, but it can provide you with
some wider understanding of the related issues.
