[755-1] Typo in textbook

Please note that the circuit in figure 5.59(f) is wrong.
I checked with the original reference (see JSSC, Feb-89, p62)
and the output Q should be at the drain of the pMOS of 
the output stage (i.e., between the pMOS and the top nMOS
at the output stage). Also, the output is inverting, i.e.,
it should be Q_bar.
