[755-1] ICStation Layer Palette

CS755 Class -

I found the "Layer Palette" function in ICStation useful.  It is
available from Other->Layers->Show Layer Palette.  Alternatively you
can add the following line to you ~/mgc/startup/icgraph.startup file:

$show_layer_palette(@replace, ["cell_inst_name", "N_WELL", "ACTIVE", "P_PLUS_SELECT", "N_PLUS_SELECT", "POLY", "CONTACT_TO_POLY", "CONTACT_TO_ACTIVE", "METAL1", "VIA", "METAL2"]);
