[755-1] Second Phase

Please note a couple of minor-changes at the second phase
of the assignment (homework#3). Both of the them refer to
the "Deliverables" section:

1. "circuit design schematics" as opposed to "logic design schematics"
2. Printouts of Accusim traces (instead of Quicksim traces)

Also, please take into account that the full-custom layout editing
takes a *long* time. Especially if you have travel plans for the
Spring break, it is a good idea to finish with the first 2-3 steps
of the second-phase before the break.
