Reviewing for ISACC '96 will be blind to the identities of the authors. This requires that authors avoid citations of their names, previous works or institutions that make their identity obvious. SUBMISSION OF PAPERS Authors must first submit the paper's title page to the program chair via e-mail or post, including the title, name, address, phone number, fax number, e-mail and affiliations of all authors (specify the contact person), an abstract no longer than 200 words, the type of submission (review, research paper, case study, etc.) and the areas which it belongs to. Authors must then submit five (5) complete printed copies of their papers, written in English, to the ISACC '96 program chair including the same title, abstract, and areas but not the names or affiliations of the authors. Each copy must have a title page separate from the body of the paper; please do not staple the title page to the body of the paper. Submissions must be printed on 8x11 in. paper using size 10 seriff font. The body of submitted papers must be in a maximum of 10 double colum pages, including title, abstract, figures, tables and diagrams but excluding the cover title page. Double-sided printing in strongly encouraged. Postscript files will be accepted via electronic mail. The postscript file must follow the Adobe Document Structuing Conventions. Facsmile submissions will not be accepted. SUBMISSION OF TUTORIALS Authors must submit proposals for organizing full-or half-day tutorials that will be held on the first day of the symposium. Proposals should include tutorial title, a brief syllabus of the topic, and curriculum vitae of the proponent. BEST PAPER AWARD The main purpose of ISACC is to bridge the gap between academic research and real world application so an award of $1,000 USD will be given for the best paper addressing this symposium goal , in the judgement of a committee. CRITICAL DATES Abstracts must be received by April 1, 1996. Papers and tutorials proposals must be received by April 29, 1996. Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection by July 1, 1996. A final copy, camera ready for publication in the proceedings, is due by August 12, 1996.
