Current patches:

        CArg.C - applied to versions 1.5, 1.5.1.  Fix is present
                 in version 1.5.2.

        PersistentRelation.C - fix for core dump when using Exodus
                               on Solaris (and maybe other machines also).


        Interface.[Ch] - fix a memory leak in open_scan() [C++ Interface]
