We have talked around this issue, sort of assuming we all know what we mean. But do we really? Here is a list of things I've come up with. Can you add more that should be on the list, comment or edit what I've got, and help sort them into categories with similar aspects? General problem solving skills Common sense - (what is this anyway?) Self-confidence Motivation Desire to learn Responsibility Morality Ethics Positive work attitude Initiative Ambition Perseverance Ability to work independently Ability to assess critical issues Creative approach to generating potential solutions to a problem Creativity, in general Ability to see connections Design skills Teamwork Any help/comments would be great. Thanks and see you on Friday. Rich ****************************************************************** * R.W.
