REcently we talked about swargaseema and how it was G's debut film. Why don't we try and discuss the history as to how he got his debut. Was there an audition for the vocals, or was some producer impressed with his voice and gave him the role?? I really have never explored this topic more so than the short summarized version from Bhuvan Vijayam that my dad translated to me. Hope to get some information soon. I hadn't me been looking at the mail for about a month or more and today really sat down to look at the mails. Coming to the issue of 'swarabaddham' of G's songs, my cousin works in Etv and is closely associated with the 'EnADu sarAgAlu' program. I will be talking to him this weekend. He learnt Carnatic Classical (Vocal) and helps in probably choosing the good songs to be included in 'EnADu sarAgAlu'. Probably he can help us in this great effort. nEnu 'Mridangam' nErcukOnnAnu. kAni swarAla mIda anta mamci avagAhana lEdu. amdukani, 'members' salhAlu istE, anTE swarabaddham E vidhamgA ceyyAli, 'English Translation' avasaramA lEdA modalyna vishayAla mIda nAku 'mail' pampistE, nEnu tanatO mATlaDinappuDu ivanni carcistAnu.
